Our coachbuilders have carefully carried the characteristic Scandinavian design of the Polestar 2 through into its transformation as a ceremonial hearse. The result is a harmonious presence in which the extended wheelbase and raised roofline integrate seamlessly with the original design. The interior is finished in keeping with the vehicle’s character and is available with either a manually operated or electrically operated single coffin floor. High-quality materials and subtle detailing create a dignified appearance. Beneath the floor, practical storage space is available, accessible via the wide-opening side doors and the large floor hatch. This allows you to carry all necessary equipment while maintaining a dignified and unobtrusive appearance. As with all our models, the Polestar is configured entirely according to your requirements.

As standard, the Polestar 2 by Huiskamp is equipped with a manually operated coffin floor that extends 70 cm and includes an integrated automatic bumper protection system. The vehicle offers extensive practical storage space, both beneath the floor at the front and at the rear, allowing you to carry all necessary equipment without it being visible or disruptive during ceremonies. Integrated LED lighting in the storage areas makes it easy to see and access their contents.

For example, in countries where coffins with flat bases are commonly used, the floor system is equipped with coffin rollers and slide strips. For coffins with feet or consoles, a dedicated guided support system has been developed, allowing the coffin to be loaded ergonomically and with dignity.
